    The company’s offices are located in Western Gallery on the 1st floor of Terminal 3

    Lost and found and baggage recovery:

    Baggage recovery counters are located in the Arrivals Hall opposite conveyor belt 3.

    Ticketing:

    Ticketing counters are located in the Terminal 3 Departure Hall on the 3rd floor between Zone A and Zone B.
    The counters are open for operation once check-in begins and will remain open until it is completed.

Ground handling companies provide passenger services on behalf of foreign airlines operating at Ben Gurion Airport.

Assistance for passengers with special needs
Passenger escort services (requires advance reservation and payment)

Passengers with special needs:
The Law requires the Airports Authority to provide the physical infrastructure for service providers to provide services for passengers requiring assistance. According to The Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, responsibility toward passengers requiring assistance and for their luggage, from the moment they enter the terminal, or disembark from a plane, falls on the airline the passenger is flying with. In practice, this service is provided at Ben Gurion Airport by ground handling companies and by El Al.
