The terminal has two active wings; the Passenger terminal and the cargo terminal.
Due to the security situation in Israel, until further notice The terminal operates 6 days a week all year long, except on Yom Kippur and on the first day of the Muslim Feast of Sacrifice.
During the Israeli holidays, changes will be made to the operating hours; the times will be announced separately.
Operating hours of the Passenger terminal:
Sunday–Thursday: 08:00–18:30
Fridays: 08:00–15:30
Saturdays: The terminal is closed.
* Passengers are required to arrive at the terminal no later than 3 hours prior to the published closing time.
* Palestinian passengers arriving by bus only are required to arrive at the terminal no later than 2.5 hours prior to the published closing time.
* It is recommended to coordinate the entry/exit of tourist groups in advance via email: Allenby-info@iaa.gov.il .
Operating hours of the cargo terminal
Sundays through Thursdays, 08:00 to 18:30.
The cargo terminalis closed and will not operate on Fridays and Saturdays, the Israeli holidays and on certain Islamic holidays.
The final time of arrival must be coordinated with the Freight Wing.
