The transport company supplies every type of transport for aggregates: in Big Bag sacks, containers, pallets, and special equipment, using accepted packaging methods such as:
Containers.
Pallets, with advance coordination, for special merchandise (by size, packaging, etc.)
The cargo crossing is administered by customs agents.
Cargo is transferred by the following methods:
Door-to-Door (DTD), Back-to-Back (BTB), and transshipment (TRANSIT.)
The cargo transport method is labeled by the customs management and the manager of the crossing in accordance with the type of merchandise. The cargo crossing serves a point of passage for merchandise and cargo transported from Israel, Jordan, and other nations.

Advance coordination - Import and Export:
Import and export of cargo requires advance coordination with a work order.
For regular cargo - 24 hours in advance.
For irregular cargo - 72 hours in advance.

Arrival of the cargo to the Crossing
Cargo must arrive secured, even if it is being transported by container.
Cargo not on pallets - with advance coordination only.
Import or export from Israel to a third country or from it via the Port of Aqaba (excluding Jordan) is permitted for Israeli trucks only.
Exceptional requests for cargo transfer - with advance coordination and authorization through the responsible company at the Crossing.
For overnight stays due to a technical malfunction or due to other reasons, report the unloading location and the location where the truck is parked to the nearest police station.

Storage, weighing, and fees:
The weight atop the pallets, for each separate package, shall not exceed 50 kg.
Transportation fees are updated from time to time.

It is forbidden to bring food, water, weapons, or ammunition into Jordan.

The documents required for trucks transporting Israeli cargo to enter Jordan:
A passport valid for at least three months.
An international passport.
Translation of truck licenses to English - may be performed at the Milgam branch at the Crossing.
Official power of attorney - for trucks or trailers not under the name of the driver.
An official power of attorney - the driver and companions departing for Jordan are required to bring a security certificate from the Ministry of Transportation.

The documents required for trucks transporting Jordanian cargo to enter Israel:
Visa
A passport valid for at least six months.
A driver’s license that has been translated into English.
A vehicle license that has been translated into English.
Official power of attorney - for trucks or trailers not under the name of the driver.
A security certificate for the driver.
A security certificate for trucks and cargo from the Jordanian authorities.


The required certificates for trucks using the Back-to-Back (BTB) method - import and export from Israel to Jordan and vice versa, animals, and pallets.
Export
1. Presentation of certificates and documents to customs representative 24 hours in advance - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
2. Scheduling of authorized goods of all clients into daily work plans.
3. Schedules for timely arrivals of Israeli and Jordanian trucks - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
The documents required for Jordanian drivers: identification - a driver’s license, passport, ID card.
Travelers may not enter without documentation.

The required certificates for trucks using the Door-to-Door (DTD) method - import and export from Israel to Jordan and vice versa
According to the Israel-Jordan transport agreement, exports from Israel to Jordan shall be transported on Israeli trucks, while imports from Jordan to Israel shall be transported on Jordanian trucks.
Export:
1. Presentation of certificates and documents to customs representative 24 hours in advance - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
2. Scheduling of authorized goods of all clients into daily work plans.
3. Schedules for timely arrivals of Israeli and Jordanian trucks - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
4. Once customs checks have been completed, the trucks may enter the terminal and receive exit permits to Jordan.
5. Israeli trucks are required to return on the same day or the morning after.
Import:
1. Presentation of documents to customs representative 24 hours in advance - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
2. Scheduling of authorized goods of all clients into daily work plans.
3. Schedules for timely arrivals of Israeli and Jordanian trucks - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
4. Customs checks the goods.
5. Release of the goods and loading onto Israeli trucks.

Transshipment (TRANSIT) - Passage of cargo continuing to an additional destination (to a third country.)

1. Presentation of documents to customs representative 24 hours in advance - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
2. Scheduling of authorized goods of all clients into daily work plans.
3. Schedules for timely arrivals of Israeli and Jordanian trucks - under the responsibility of the customs broker.
4. Transfer of containers from Jordanian trucks to Israeli trucks.
5. Customs approval.
6. The exit of a single driver with a security certificate from Customs.
