Ground service companies provide services to the passenger on behalf of the foreign airlines operating at Ramon Airport.

Baggage Lost and Found:
The baggage lost and found counters are located in the Arrivals Hall.

Passengers with disabilities:
The Israel Airports Authority is responsible by law for providing physical infrastructure for the activity of service providers assisting passengers with disabilities. According to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law in the State of Israel, the responsibility for caring for a disabled passenger and their luggage from the moment they enter the terminal building, or from the moment they get off the plane, falls to the airline with which the passenger flies. In practice, the service is provided, at the Ramon airport, by the ground handling companies. The service includes accompaniment and assistance to the passenger.
