Occupational diversity

"Occupational diversity and inclusion" is a social, business and ethical agenda that aims to create diversity in the workforce employed by an organization, with an emphasis on diversity of populations without adequate representation, including a population of people with disabilities.

In light of the importance of the issue, the Israel Airports Authority appointed a team consisting of employees and managers who were identified as having values ​​and the ability to influence the issue, as part of a cross-organizational project, designed to increase diversity in employment.
The team members, who will serve as ambassadors for employment diversity, will study the current situation and offer solutions to improve recruitment and integration of the people with disabilities population in the Israel Airports Authority, in accordance with the work plan detailed below.
We believe that human capital that represents the composition of the population in all its diversity, is a great advantage to an organization.
