Aerohandling company is responsible for operating the lounge at Ramon Airport. The lounge is located in the departures hall, on the lower level near exit number 1.

The VAT Refund Service Counter is located in the Reception Hall, facing Gate 34. The VAT Refund application form is to be presented at the Service Counter upon departure from Israel for items purchased within Israel on the current trip only. VAT refund for tourists may be claimed for current purchases only and may not be claimed retroactively for products purchased on previous trips.
Receiving a refund is contingent on presentation of the purchased goods on the signed full application form before check-in and submission of the luggage by the airline.

Foreign currency exchange service counter at the Reception Hall (next to Gates 33, 34) and at the Departures Hall, Level 1.
