Airports Authority Spokesperson Announcement: Preparations at Border Crossings Ahead of Passover

Ahead of the Passover holiday, and in accordance with Home Front Command guidelines, as well as in light of the significant increase expected in passenger traffic at land border crossings, the Airports Authority emphasizes that mandatory operational restrictions will be implemented to reduce crowding and ensure public safety.

Key guidelines:

• Between March 30 and April 10, travel by private vehicle to Jordan via the Jordan River and Rabin border crossings will not be permitted.

• Due to limitations on the number of passengers allowed in the terminals, extended waiting times outside the terminals are expected – passengers should prepare accordingly in advance.

• Entry to the terminal will be permitted only to passengers who have prepaid the crossing fee on the Milgam company website:

Operating Times for Overland Traveler Border Crossings:

The Airports Authority emphasizes that no exceptions to these restrictions will be allowed. The public is requested to act responsibly, prepare in advance, and stay updated through official announcements and the Airports Authority website before arriving at the border crossings.
