Dedicated service desks equipped with this system are located at: passport control, Milgam – financial services, customs, and James Richardson (the duty-free area).

Under law, the Airports Authority is responsible for providing physical infrastructure for service providers to provide service to passengers requiring assistance.
The service includes accompaniment and assistance for passengers requiring assistance throughout their “passenger process”.
The terminal is accessible and adapted for passengers requiring assistance, including accessible restrooms, benches and waiting areas.
The terminal’s passageways have been expanded to enable smooth and convenient movement.
The parking lot has parking spaces located near the terminal building, designated and marked for the use of people with disabilities.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge for passengers requiring assistance.

In the terminal entrance hall, in the departure hall and in the arrivals hall there is a Step Hear audio direction system (audio sign) for people with seeing disabilities.
