Accompaniment and assistance

The Airports Authority is responsible for providing physical infrastructure for the operations of service providers to assisted passengers, as required under law.

The service includes providing assisted passengers with accompaniment and assistance as they go through the “passenger process”.

The terminal’s passenger halls are accessible and adapted to assisted passengers; the terminal’s aisles have been expanded to allow continuous and easy movement; handicapped toilets and orientation signage are available. In the parking lot there are stations close to the terminal building that have been marked and designated for people with disabilities.

The parking lot has sloping curbs, adapted to people using a wheelchair.

Wheelchairs are available to assisted passengers free of charge.

As part of the service, you can obtain assistance from the terminal staff by calling the on-call manager’s office at 08-6360976.
