Hamsa Aleinu

About The Exhibition 0 results are shown

The “Hamsa Aleinu” exhibit is part of “Israeli Hope” –the flagship program of Israel’s president, Reuven (Rubi) Rivlin, for strengthening statehood and establishing partnership between the four main sectors that comprise Israeli society: secular, ultra-orthodox, religious and Arab.

The “Israeli Hope” program acts to promote high-quality integration of all these sectors in society and in the economy and to form collaborations between them in key fields, mainly education, academia, employment, local government and sports. “Israeli Hope” seeks to strengthen the “togetherness” of Israeli society through giving respect and place to every group that comprises it – and all this in order to ensure the strength and prosperity of the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state.

This program constitutes a practical application of president Rivlin’s vision of establishing partnerships between the parts of Israeli Society, as presented in his speech at the Herzliya Conference in 2015, which has since become known as the “Tribe speech”.
