Passport Control Hall
Passport control is available at manned counters and technological stations for biometric passport control.

Departing passengers:
Passengers with Israeli passports and foreign passports -at the biometric stations and in exceptional cases at manned counters.

Arriving passengers:
Biometric passport stations are located at the exit of each of the concourses, for Israeli passport holders only.
When going through passport control coming into Israel, you will be issued a blue entry card.
Foreign passport holders should use manned counters only.

VAT refunds:
Passengers wishing to receive a VAT refund upon departure will be required to present the blue card issued at passport control on entry to Israel. VAT will not be refunded without the blue card.
Details regarding foreign passport holders who have been detained in the Arrivals Hall are available from the Population Registration Office at the Eastern Gallery, Level 2, Terminal 3.

The counter is open 24 hours a day from Sunday to Thursday and until 14:00 on Fridays.
On Saturday evening from 21:00
On the eve of Jewish holidays the counter closes at 13:00.
