The Lost and Found counters are located in the Arrival Hall, opposite conveyor belt 3.
Assistance for locating lost luggage can also be obtained through the computerized information kiosks located in the Greeters Hall.

The ticketing office is located in Terminal 3 on the 3rd floor, behind the check in area, between
security zone C and security zone D.
Information for travelers with disabilities
According to transportation regulations, airlines have responsibility towards those passengers requiring assistance and for their luggage, from the moment they enter the terminal or disembark from a plane arriving in Israel. This service is provided at Ben Gurion Airport by ground handling companies. The service includes accompanying the passenger requiring assistance throughout the entire departure or arrival process.
Travelers requiring assistance can turn to the information counter in order to request a representative from the ground handling company.
The Israel Airports Authority is legally responsible for supplying physical infrastructure for the service providers and those passengers arriving and departing via the passenger terminal.
