3. Rates are NIS and are updated yearly (On 1 January), and they are index-linked.
4. Passenger tolls may be paid for at Change Place branches serving at border checkpoints and at BGN Airport, and they include a further commission of 4.5 NIS. Alternatively, they may be purchased at central postal bank branches without commission.
