The Administration and Organization Division is headed by the Deputy Director General for Administration and Organization who is also a member of IAA management. In addition to his administrative responsibility for the 3 facilities described below, the Deputy Director General for Administration and Organization is also responsible for labor relations at the Authority.

Human Resources Division

The head of Human Resources is responsible for the main administration and organization subdivision. The division is headed by the person with responsibility for human resources. His area of responsibility includes: personnel recruitment, training, handling of individuals, employee retirement and pensioners, employee welfare, service conditions, religious services, attendance, personnel care, incentives and bonuses, salaries, archive management, tenders committees, etc.

Logistics

The Logistics units deal with requisition of services and goods, storage facility management, vehicle fleet management, leasing contract management, transportation, etc.

Organization and Methods

The Organization and Methods wing is responsible for Authority procedures, defining work methods, drafting and updating role descriptions, standardization, personnel planning, and testing organization and methods.
