An inter-disciplinary team led by the Deputy CEO for Operations and including the Managing Director of the Ben Gurion Operating Division, a representative of the legal office, the environmental quality unit  and a representative of the Civil Aviation Administration, operates at the Airports Authority.  This team examines the findings of the monitoring system that are published in the monthly reports.

In the event of repeated deviations from permitted levels of noise at the monitoring stations, the team takes steps to stop these deviations.   The team’s work also includes checking options with airline companies and the air force for improving takeoff procedures with the aim of minimizing aircraft noise.
