There is no problem bringing in a small video camera to Egypt.

If the video camera is of the older type (with a video cassette) the Egyptians will not allow it to be taken in.

If you intend to carry a large amount of sophisticated equipment and do professional filming, a relevant authorization must be obtained from the Egyptian Embassy beforehand.
