Documents required by a new immigrant wishing to cross over to Egypt:

If you do not yet have an Israeli passport, use your Laissez Passer. At the Israeli side present your Laissez Passer, and at the Egyptian side present your foreign passport.

If you do not have a foreign passport, you must obtain an Egyptian visa, which should be done at least two weeks in advance.
