Sunday -Thursday, 08:00-17:00.

Friday, Saturday and holidays:  the terminal is closed.

How can I import goods from Egypt

In general, any intention to import goods should be reported 72 hours in advance.

Until what time is it possible to take goods from the terminal
 

trucks can be sent to take goods up to 15:00 hours.

It is recommended to arrive earlier, in the morning.

What are the charges for handling goods
 

 A gate fee for every truck:  NIS 151.

The fee is updated every 3 months.

There are costs associated with transportation of goods – these costs are updated every 3 months.

Can goods be stored at the terminal
 

Goods can be stored at the terminal.

The charge for storage starts 72 hours from when the goods enter the terminal.

What documents do I need in order to take goods to Egypt - licence or Valid Passport
 

An Israeli driver exporting goods to Egypt must have a passport or identity card.  Drivers should avoid carrying weapons in the terminal.

Is there a service at the terminal for sending goods to various destinations in Israel
  Transportation can be ordered through the terminal’s transportation franchisee.
Are there any customs agents at the terminal
 

There are a number of customs agents’ offices at the terminal, as well as independent customs agents.  The offices and independent customs agents can be contacted using the terminal telephone numbers.

How long will it take me to release imported goods
 

In most cases, goods are released on the day they arrive.

In some cases, goods may be released the following day, depending on the type of goods and the quantity.
