Passenger procedure by type of passenger
 

Passengers who are not crossing in their own vehicles arrive from Jordan aboard the Jordanian shuttle bus to the Arrivals Hall, and undergo the arriving passenger procedure, which includes:

 Security check

 Border control

 Customs inspection

 Exit from the terminal.

 

From the terminal travelers can take a taxi to any destination throughout the country, or pick up their vehicle from the parking lot, or take the vehicle which collects arriving  passengers.

 

Passengers entering Israel in their own vehicles undergo a primary check at the Terminal entrance gate and then undergo the arriving passenger procedure, which includes:

 Drive-though passport control

 Security check

 Customs inspection and registration of the vehicle by Customs

 Exit from the terminal.

 

Passengers crossing with their own vehicles enter the terminal with their vehicles and undergo the outbound passenger departure procedure, which includes:

 Security check

 Paying the transit fee, if necessary

 Registration of the vehicle with Customs

 Passport Control

 Going through the Duty Free Shop (optional)

 Departure for the Jordanian side in their vehicles.

 

Passengers who are not crossing in their own vehicles arrive at the gate on foot or by taxi and undergo an outbound passenger departure procedure, which includes:

 Security check.

 Paying the transit fee, if necessary.

 Passport Control.

 Customs declaration as required.

 Going through the Duty Free Shop (optional).
