Arriving at the airport

Upon arrival at the airport, you will pass through the magnetometer and will continue from there to the security check, to the left of the entrance. You should have with you, at the security check counters, all the baggage and goods that will be traveling with you, and you will be required to present an I. D. card, or passport or driver’s license. The check does not take long, please be patient. From there you will continue to the check-in counters of the airline with which you are flying, to check in for the flight. Upon completion of this process, you can wait in the hall until boarding for your flight is announced.

At the aircraft boarding gates, you will present your boarding pass and an identifying document. From there passengers walk over to the aircraft, a distance of about 30 meters.

Disabled passengers will arrive at the aircraft before the other passengers, accompanied by a representative of the airline and by means of a special cart. The passenger’s personal wheelchair will be stored in the baggage compartment.

Baby carriages can be handed over, after registration at the airline’s counters, at the foot of the aircraft ramp.
