The paving of a new runway and the moving of all the buildings at the Rosh Pina Airport is at the planning stage. At the same time, the possibility is being evaluated of extending the runway to 1,500 meters, which will enable the takeoff of aircraft with no limitations on the amount of passengers or freight that they can carry.
