The following are the changes in operating hours of Haifa Airport during the Jewish High Holy Days:

• On September 29, 2008, the eve of the Jewish New Year, the airport will close at 6 p.m.

• On September 30, 2008, the first day of the New Year, the airport will close at 8 p.m. and reopen on October 1, 2008, at 6:30 a.m.

• On October 8, the eve of Yom Kippur, the airport will close at 2 p.m. and reopen on October 10, 2008, at 6:30 a.m.

• In exceptional cases (such as ambulance flights), please contact the airport administration to arrange for individual flight authorization.
