All this can be done by arrangement with the car rental company.

You can come by public transport – bus no. 58 from Hamifratz Central Bus Station (at the north entrance to Haifa) or from the Krayot.

For people coming by train, you should alight at the Lev Hamifratz station and from there take Egged bus no. 58.  It is also possible to alight at the Hutzot Hamifratz station or any station in the Krayot and continue by taxi.

For people coming by car, you should drive to the Vulcan Junction, continue to Ma’agan Hadayig Junction (the Kishon fishing port) through the Air Force Technical School and turn left to the airport.

For people coming by car from the south, through the lower city, drive along Shemen Beach, follow the signs to the Krayot, and turn in the direction of the Air Force Technical School.  Another option is to come via Paz Bridge, from there to the Technical School, and then turn right to the airport.

For people coming from Yagur Junction, continue to Lev Hamifratz Junction, from there to Vulcan Junction and to Ma’agan Hadayig Junction through the Air Force Technical School and turn right to the airport.

§          For domestic flights:  45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

§          For international flights:  two hours before the scheduled departure time, unless you have been informed otherwise by the travel agent.

At the Airport there is a parking lot with more than a hundred spaces.  Parking at the Airport is a public service without charge.  Cars can also be parked for a few days without charge, if space is available.  As a rule, the Airport is secured 24 hours a day, but there is no specific guarding of the parking lots.  Parking is entirely at the driver’s risk.
