Haifa Airport acts as a domestic airport from for flights to Eilat and Sde Dov, and as an international airport, from which charter flights and private flights leave for nearby destinations such as:  Cyprus - Larnaca and Paphos, Rhodes, Crete, Sharm el Sheikh, Amman etc.  The charter flights and destinations are decided each season by the aviation companies operating in the airport, and according to demand.

Two small aviation companies also operate in the airport:  Aerobat and Kanfei Paz, through which it is possible to learn flying, hire an airplane, fly over Israel, book romantic flights and hire air taxis for Israel and overseas.
