Passengers on international flights should go to the passport control counters in the Lower Hall, and present their passport and boarding pass. After passport control, continue to the boarding gates. For your information, there are no duty free shops at Eilat Airport.
The airline staff will make an announcement over the public address system when boarding begins for your flight. You will be requested to present your boarding pass and an identification document at the boarding gate. Transit to the aircraft is on foot, a distance of about 30 meters to an aircraft parked in an adjacent slot, and about 250 meters to an aircraft parked at the outlying slots.
Disabled passengers will be taken to the aircraft in a wheelchair, assisted by the airline staff.
At the entrance to the aircraft, you will be requested to present the boarding pass. Smoking in and around the aircraft is expressly prohibited.
