The care of disabled passengers is under the responsibility of the airline with which the passenger is flying.

There are ramps at the entrance to the Airport, at the departure gates and at the entrance to the terminal after landing, for the benefit of disabled passengers. These ramps are also intended for baby carriages and for passenger trolleys.

Furthermore, there are elevators in the public hall and the Arrivals Hall of the Airport terminal.

There are three washroom facilities at Eilat Airport for disabled passengers.

- In the upper public hall

- In the lower public hall.

- In the upper Arrivals Hall

Disabled passengers can be assisted by a representative of the airline during transfer to the aircraft.
