The Ground Operations Management Dept. deals with, plans and authorizes Eilat and Ovda Airports flight schedules. The entire aircraft parking apron at the Airport is under the responsibility of the Department. The Department is responsible for safety matters in the operational area, and provides aeronautical information service to pilots and airlines such as: Meteorological data, flight path information, information regarding the destination airport and airport of origin.
