The control tower is responsible for the aviation traffic in the Eilat Airport air space. The Eilat Airport air space is defined as the area stretching from Kibbutz Samar north of Eilat, up to Taba on the Egyptian border, with the eastern limits being the border with Jordan and the western limits being the border with Egypt.
