The car rental companies' counters are located on the first floor of the Eastern Gallery in the Greeters Hall. The service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The process of collecting or returning a rented car is handled in the car rental site located next to the UPS building.

Passengers arriving by car can reach the site through the entrance to Ben-Gurion Airport from Route 1 (from the Jerusalem/Tel Aviv direction) or through the entrance from Route 40 (from the Petach Tikva/ Lod direction), and thereafter following the direction signs at the side of the road.

Shuttle: The rental companies operate a shuttle service between Terminal 3 and the car rental site, and from the site to Terminal 3. The shuttle stop is located on Level G of Terminal 3. The service is provided by the rental companies and is their responsibility.
