Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after date of entry. Arriving tourists are required, prior to landing, to fill out the L17 form for the registration of personal details, in order to prevent delays during passport control. Make sure to write down all your passport and flight details and don’t forget to keep a copy, as you will need it when you leave the country.
Former Israeli citizens who do not possess of an official document attesting that they have renounced their Israeli citizenship, are required by law to enter and exit the country on an Israeli passport. |

In the Arrivals Hall, you will find the duty-free pick-up counter where you can collect the duty free goods that you purchased, prior to your departure, at the duty free shops. Please note: In accordance with Customs regulations, you will not be able to receive your goods once you have exited the Arrivals Hall. |

You can bring into Israel Israeli or foreign currency without limitation.
Under the Money Laundering Prevention Laws you must declare any cash in your possession exceeding NIS 80,000 to the customs officer.
Tip: It is recommended to keep any foreign currency receipts, as you will have to present them when you repurchase foreign currency upon departure. |

Arriving passengers will pass thought the Customs hall with their baggage.
The Green Path is for passengers with nothing to declare.
The Red Path is for passengers bringing with them any electrical appliance worth more than $200.
The Blue Path is for groups and air crew who have nothing to declare.
There is an obligation of declaration regarding bringing money into / taking money out of Israel:
· The amount requiring declaration is NIS 80,000 and over (the total amount of money in the possession of the person reporting, whether he is inbound or outbound).
· For a new immigrant entering the country for the first time, the amount requiring declaration is NIS 1,000,000 or more.

From the Greeters' Hall, there are exit gates to the parking lots, the public transport and taxis, car rental, limousines and to the train station.
There is a system of escalators and elevators for your convenience, leading to the various points of service.
In addition, there are various other facilities at your disposal, such as coffee shops, florists, souvenir shops, a post office, foreign currency exchange, counters to return cellular telephones and banks. |

In accordance with the Warsaw Accords, the handling of passenger baggage that did not reach its destination or that was damaged during the course of the flight, is the responsibility of the airline that flew the passenger to BGA The service is provided in the Arrivals Hall, next to Conveyor Belt no. 3.
It is also possible to receive this service at the counter facing the Greeters' Hall.

| The Ministry of Agriculture
Passengers wishing to import animals as personal baggage, up to two of each type, which arrive together with their owners, are exempt from a written veterinary license from the Veterinary Services Manager of the Ministry of Agriculture, under the following conditions: They are accompanied by a health certificate issued during the 7 days prior to the date of import, by a government veterinarian at the country of export, attesting to the fact that the animals were examined and found to be healthy and free of infectious diseases; and accompanied by a declaration by the owners that the animals were in their possession for at least 90 days prior to their import into Israel.
Dogs and cats also require an authorization that they were inoculated against rabies at least 30 days previously, but no longer that one year prior to their departure for Israel.
The entrance of dogs and cats under the age of inoculation (3 months) will not be permitted. The import of animals as personal baggage requires submitting the following details to the Veterinary Services Manager at Beit Dagan, at least 48 hours prior to arrival: Name of the owner, type of animal, age, flight number and estimated time of arrival. In general, animals arriving in good health and with the required papers, will not be quarantined.
