To request a visit to Ben Gurion Airport, first download the form to your Desktop, fill it out and return it to: IAAVisit@iaa.gov.l

Note that you need to download the form and then input the details in the relevant fields.

The system supports the software version of Office 2007 and above.

    Visit Request Form 

·        Requests for visits should be lodged at least two weeks in advance. Requests received less than two weeks prior to the date requested will be regarded as exceptional and will be treated as such.

·        As a rule visits are allowed from Sundays through Thursdays only (not including holidays) from 09:00 to 16:00 (16:00 is regarded as the end of visits for that day).

·        Visits are from two to three hours in length.

·        After the request is received, it will be considered in consultation with the airport schedule.

·        Visits are conducted in Hebrew or in English. Where translation into another language is required, this will be carried out at the responsibility and the expense of the person requesting the visit. The translator selected is to be authorized by the Security Section.

·        PLEASE NOTE: payment may be required for some visits.

·        Replies to requests will be issued up to 10 days after receipt of the request. Exceptional requests should also be confirmed by telephone with the Security Section – telephone no.: 03- 9752250.

·        Please note: A confirmation for the visit will be issued only after approval by IAA management, Security clearance and Settlement of payment. 
Some request may be turned down for various reasons such as other visits, unavailability or security authorizations.
