The security-check and check-in for most airlines are held in the Check-In Hall located on the 3^rd floor of the terminal building. Some airlines conduct these procedures at security-check counters G1 to G19 located in the Greeters Hall on level G.

It is best to check before arriving at the airport, on the website, with the answering service or at Ben-Gurion Airport information, in which hall and security area the security check and check-in for a specific flight are conducted .

Passengers who go through the security check on level G may use the elevators or escalators to proceed to the 3^rd floor for completion of the departing passenger process.
