The security-check and check-in for most airlines are held in the Check-In Hall located on the 3rd floor of the terminal building. Some airlines conduct these procedures at security-check counters G1 to G19 located in the Greeters Hall on level G.
It is best to check before arriving at the airport, on the website, with the answering service or at Ben-Gurion Airport information, in which hall and security area the security check and check-in for a specific flight are conducted .
Passengers who go through the security check on level G may use the elevators or escalators to proceed to the 3rd floor for completion of the departing passenger process.

Operating the electric vehicle service is the responsibility of the airline and/or the ground services company and according to the airline’s policy. The function of the electric vehicle is to take the passenger from one end of the line (after going through Border Control), all the way to the boarding gate.
A passenger who wishes to do so can disembark at the Duty Free area and then go on to the boarding gate on his/her own or with the help of an accompanying person.

We recommend ordering a wheelchair through the travel agent / airline when booking the flight.

The wheelchair may be picked up at the check-in counter.
The wheelchairs remain at the disposal of those who need them as far as the boarding gate; for arriving passengers – as soon as they disembark from the aircraft.

A passenger requiring assistance must arrive either on his / her own or assisted by an escort at the airline’s security check counter. Passengers may order the paid service of porters who will carry their luggage to the Passenger Halls.
It is also possible to order an escort service in advance and for a fee, from one of the VIP companies operating at Ben Gurion Airport. Representatives of the service will assist the passenger throughout airport procedures, according to the type of order.

There are no marked parking spots for the disabled at the front of the terminal. In the parking lots places for the disabled have been marked. These places are located close, and with convenient access to the terminal building. The payment stands are accessible and lowered, in compliance with accessibility standards.
The parking structure includes three levels. Elevators operate between the levels of the parking structure and terminal, and speedwalks connect Level 1 of the parking structure with the terminal building.
