The bus station is situated on level 2 of the Multi Level Road.

The car rental companies’ offices are located in the Greeters' Hall, next to Entrance 13, and in the eastern parking lot opposite the terminal. The Car rental companies at the Airport operate 24 hours a day.

The information counters are located in the Check-In Hall in the Landside Building, opposite Entrance 32, in the Rotunda in the Airside Building and in the Greeters' Hall next to Entrance 03. BGN Information tel: (03)971-5555

The Railway station is located on Level S of the Landside Building, next to the Greeters' Hall.

Train tickets can be purchased from automated ticked dispensers located on Level G of the Terminal.

Outbound passengers and accompanying visitors arriving at BGN by train will ascend from the station to the Greeters' Hall, located on Level G of the Landside Building, from which they will continue to the Check-In Hall by way of the elevators, escalators or the stairs.

Inbound passengers will descend from the Greeters' Hall, located on Level G of the Landside Building, to the railway station, located on Level S.

Accompanying visitors who would like to go to the Sky Hall and the Buy & Bye Mall, will go up to Level G of the building.

The Terminal 3 taxi rank and the dispatcher's station are located on Level 2 of the Multi level Road. The taxi service provided is regulated and the companies at BGN operate under a permit. It is recommended not to use random Taxi services, but to approach the Taxi dispatcher.
