Maintain cleanliness at the terminals - offices, washroom suites, carpets, walls and pillars, and high altitude cleaning.
Prepare allocation of pre-flight check-in counters - on a daily basis, according to the flight schedules as issued by the coordination center.
Supervise service contracts - for operating self-service baggage trolleys and providing information to passengers by means of passenger service stewards, and assistance with unloading baggage from conveyors and loading onto group buses.
Supervise all personnel authorized to operate commercial activities at Ben- Gurion Airport - focusing on high-level functioning of service and operations personnel.
Coordinate ceremonies - state ceremonies, VIP receptions, photographs at Ben-Gurion Airport and other events.
Coordinate all internal activity at the terminals - construction, ceremonies, advertising, special campaigns.
Terminal repair maintenance - focusing on plumbing, carpentry, painting, frames and minor repair construction.
Liaison with government agencies operating at Ben-Gurion Airport - Israeli Police, IDF, Ministry of the Interior, Customs, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Prime Minister’s Office.
Handle hundreds of direct inquiries every hour, by means of information stewards at the counters, as well as telephone calls to the Information call center and telephone calls to the service counters.
Handle queries from the public relating to security, airlines, franchises, taxis, maintenance and cleaning, smoking, miscellaneous suggestions, requests, etc.
Supervise taxi services - in order to ensure availability of taxis, service standards as required by contractual agreements, appropriate appearance of drivers and compliance with IAA rules. All this to - ensure that the passengers on taxi rides from Ben-Gurion Airport enjoy the best possible service.
Handle passengers on domestic flights at Terminal 1.
Provide service to subscribers of the biometric border control system, handling border transits at Ben-Gurion Airport, for outgoing and incoming traffic.
Supervise border control activity at manned stations at Ben-Gurion Airport in order to provide high-level service.
Supervise cleaning of offices and outside areas by a contractor.
Nurture relations with ethnic minorities and special groups who pass through Ben-Gurion Airport, in order to facilitate service provision at the airport.
